On December 13, 2021, the EU Horizon2020 Project “EWA-BELT” held its General Assembly after one year of full operativity. EWA-BELT aims at developing an East-West African BELT of sustainable intensification of agricultural productions in organic, agroforestry and mixed crop and livestock farming systems in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Ghana and Sierra Leone. The General Assembly lively presented the results of the first year of project activities and the best practices on sustainable intensification from partners as well as twin projects and external speakers.
