The XXVII Euromediterranean Conference on Cinema will bring together institutional representatives, filmmakers, academics, media professionals, technology experts, and cultural leaders from across Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East, and North Africa to reflect on the future of the Mediterranean in the age of Artificial Intelligence. Held within the framework of the 83. Venice International Film Festival, the Conference will explore how AI, digital technologies, cinema, and audiovisual communication can contribute to strengthening dialogue, cooperation, and cultural exchange between the Eastern and Western shores of the Mediterranean. As a region historically shaped by encounters among civilizations, religions and people, the Mediterranean continues to represent both a synthesis of global challenges and a laboratory for innovative solutions.
